Gaudy and Dan contacted me to elope on Vilano Beach in sunny Florida. In under forty five days, my partner with Gathered Co and I arranged a beach permit, a wedding florist, hair makeup, cake plus a romantic Grecian set up complete with an arch, columns, vases, and a Grecian chandelle bench. We don’t play around!

Mother nature had something to say, however. Just two days before the wedding, there was a deluge that was supposed to last all through the weekend. The night of the wedding was supposed to be the worst of it. Florida likes to give us a scare!

We made the executive decision to move the wedding to the next morning at sunrise. And although, it didn’t end up raining to bad on the night before, this sunrise wedding had all the romance movie vibes!

The colors of the sunrise mixed in with the colors of the flowers were just incredible. Gaudy and her two daughters looked beautiful and so excited! Dan and his son were so fresh in their nice blue suits. Their guests were in wonderful spirits on this Sunday morning.

After the vows and the family formals were done, they cut the cake and we took some gorgeous portraits next to the arch and out by the ocean. Then everyone headed off to brunch to celebrate. What a morning!
