The traditional Indian wedding mood board presented by Priya + Mohit’s wedding planner, consisted of a mixture of candids and portraits from Indian ceremonies, dreamy receptions in candle light, henna applications, colorful umbrellas, and intricate decorations. The decor and set-up drew its inspiration from Tuscan influence, no doubt a reflection of the wedding venue. Mission Inn Resort & Club in Central Florida has an abundance of European inspired architecture and plazas, golf fields, fountains, and gorgeous mossy oak and cypress waterfront backdrops.

I still cannot believe that this couple from New York chose me as their documentary wedding photographer for their Jewish traditional ceremony held in Orange Park Florida. They had a story to tell! Carolyn and Trevor are both brilliant people with a rich history. They got married at Azaleana Manor in Jacksonville, which happens to be steps away from Carolyn’s family home in Florida. In fact their house is so close to the wedding venue, that their family and friends carried the Chuppah (handmade canopy used in Jewish traditional wedding ceremonies) over to the manor in the morning.

As a local wedding photographer, it’s always incredibly humbling when I become friends with my clients or vice versa when my friends become loyal clients. Bridget and Mike are just amazing people, the kind you want to hang out with and do life with. I have done a few shoots for Bridget with her business and for fun and it was a real honor when she asked me to come capture an entire weekend at Suwannee for the Hulaween festival where she and Mike decided to renew their wedding vows.

I cannot stress the importance of vibing with your wedding photographer. After all, we are around for your entire day! Aside from your partner, I am the one who will be there to address your every question, your every concern, zip up your dress, help with planning, comfort you when needed and above all hype you up!

The May 2022 blood moon is rumored to bring us growth and transformation. The way the moon showed off that night, I have no doubt that it will!

Preparations began at a nearby hotel where Clayton and their son Ryan helped each other suit up and headed to Matanzas, St. Augustine beach to wait for the first look together. Chelsea followed in the mini limo she rented for the occasion.

Gaudy and Dan contacted me to elope on Vilano Beach in sunny Florida. In under forty five days, my partner with Gathered Co and I arranged a beach permit, a wedding florist, hair makeup, cake plus a romantic Grecian set up complete with an arch, columns, vases, and a Grecian chandelle bench. We don’t play around!

Have you ever met someone who simply goes with the flow? That is 1000 percent how Kayla was on her wedding day. Michael and Kayla got married six years ago in their early twenties (as I learned during speeches). They got hitched right on the dock by the iconic Bridge of Lions in Saint Augustine Florida, right in the historic downtown district. Their formal wedding took place at the White Room, on the rooftop overlooking the bridge.
